We attended the inaugural Motor Legend Festival at Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari over the weekend of 20-22 April. It's a large motorsport festival that sees various different displays come together both on and off track. 20,000 spectators attended the first edition of this event to see famous racing drivers of the past, alongside their cars and motorcycles.
One of the highlights was seeing Jacky Icks drive the Ferrari 312B - the car he raced to second in the 1970 Formula 1 championship - for the first time in 48 years. The single-seater, now owned by Paolo Barilla, has been restored in recent years and is a unique and perfectly working machine.

There were also motorcycle exhibitions from Giacomo Agostini, Phil Read, Freddie Spencer, Johnny Cecotto and Carlos Lavado. Riding MV Agusta, Yamaha and Honda motorcycles, they led a group of riders who had brought their precious bikes to Imola.

Martini Racing celebrated its 50th anniversary with a static display of the Martini Racing cars - both racetrack, and rally - in the Terrazza Martini.
And last but not least, the FIA Masters Championship had its first race of the year, with spectators happily admiring the fantastic historic Formula 1 cars taking part in this championship.
